Each design is primarily delivered in .EMB (Wilcom) format, which is the professional source file. This allows the highest digitization quality and all original design properties to be preserved.
Advantages of the .EMB Format:
Perfect Scalability: Allows you to resize the design without losing density or stitch quality.
Total Control: You can precisely modify colors, fill types, and pull compensation.
Original Editing: As the master file, it preserves the exact underlay and security parameters of the creation.
Conversion Included: If your machine requires a specific format (** .DST, .PES, .JEF, .EXP, .XXX, .HUS, etc.**), it is possible to easily convert it or request it after purchase to receive it in the required machine format at no additional cost.
Upon receiving the master .EMB file, you have total control. To convert it to a machine format, you can do so in the following two ways:
Export in Wilcom: Open your .EMB file in Wilcom, go to the File menu, and select Export Machine Format.... Choose your embroidery machine's format and save.
Download Wilcom TrueSizer: The official free tool from Wilcom for viewing and converting files.
Every digitization is created with the final piece in mind; therefore, each design has been digitized for a specific size where stitch quality and the detail of Eucharistic symbols are optimal. You will find the required embroidery area in the last image of each product.
To guarantee excellence in the finish, scaling files more than 10% or 15% is not recommended (up or down) using the basic functions of the embroidery machine.
Why? Each digitization has a stitch density calculated for a specific size. If scaled too much automatically, stitches may pull apart or cluster excessively, affecting the embroidery's aesthetics and durability.
Technical Solution: If you require the design in a different size than offered, do not hesitate to contact me and I will perform a manual density adjustment so that the embroidery is perfect at the new size.
In each digitization, the stitch count is specified in the last image of the gallery and corresponds to the total design.
However, unlike the previous ones, in our galloon designs, the specified stitch count includes the main design (front) and, if the set includes them, also the collar and the orphrey base (lower border of the chasuble), as seen in the first image of each product.
Note on the back part: This count does not include the stitches for the back view of the galloon. This distinction allows for a precise visualization of the workload and execution time of the main pieces.

If any technical issue is found with the file:
Direct Support: Write detailing the problem.
Technical Adjustment: If the error lies in the digitization, parameters are adjusted (density, pull compensation, or tie-off points) and the corrected version is sent as soon as possible.
Embroidery Guarantee:The compromise is that the design runs perfectly on the machine.
Note: The guarantee covers errors inherent to digitization. It is always recommended to perform a test stitch on a similar fabric before working on the final piece.
